Making an investment in Nevada real estate today can be challenging. Finding the right property, analyzing and fully understanding the asset, production and ultimately its value are extremely time consuming. Most people call a Brokerage firm specializing in the type of property they are interested in acquiring. The Broker will typically do their best to represent the property they have for sale, within the greatest of their particular ability. In accordance with most laws governing real estate activity, the listing Broker has an obligation to represent its client, “The Seller”. Quite often, the Buyer is not represented and as a result, their interests are not properly addressed.
Intermountain Realty represents Sellers on an exclusive basis when we list their Nevada property for sale. Sometimes, the property we have may not fit the requirements of a Buyer. In many instances, a Buyer will then engage our services as a representative to assist them in their search for a particular type of property other than those we have listed. Consequently, we now have a growing interest from Buyers asking for our assistance, which we are able to provide, but on a very selective Buyer Brokerage basis. The explanation of Agency Relationships will be explained in great detail to anyone utilizing our services.
